Baby J at 3 months

I actually thought I already blogged this session.  If I did, hopefully by seeing his cuteness again, you'll forgive my absentmindedness.

Jerad is one of my baby planners, so you'll be seeing this cute little face a few more times this year!

i heart faces {pets}

Freddie is our 9 year old Golden Retriever/vacuum cleaner.  He knows where the food comes from.

I wasn't aware how dirty that high chair was.  Pretty sure the camera added on 10 lbs of crud.

Head on over to i heart faces for other fun pet photos!

giving back {making a difference in may mini sessions}

"It's not how much we give but how much love we put into giving." -Mother Theresa

I am giving back.  I have been given a gift. A gift I can share, and a gift I can use to help others.

My neighbors are part of Helping Hands for Haiti, a non-profit organization with a focus on three main areas of mission - Sharing the gospel of Jesus, loving His Children, and tangibly building strong communities.  Through them, I have learned about the people of Haiti and what they are doing to help.  I want to help, and I'm asking for you to help along with me.

How can you help?  By scheduling a photo session!

Way to help #1:

* edited 4/22.  I created a facebook event page.  It has the times I have available for the mini sessions.

Way to help #2:
Need more time and pictures then a mini session allows? Want pictures done in the fall? For all sessions booked between today April 11 and May 11, 2011, I will donate 50% of your session fee on your behalf to Helping Hands for Haiti. The session can be scheduled for any date in 2011, but it must be paid for between the above dates. Want to be part of the event, but don't know what date you want? You can pay now, and schedule later!

Please share this opportunity to make a difference with your friends and family.

Sunday randoms {brothers}

Wyatt is napping, Jason is cleaning the garage, and I'm catching up on my favorite blogs when I look out my window and see this.....

They have been playing like this all day.  I love that they get along so well .  I pray they stay close. And I have realized that my plan, to designate things as mine by getting them in pink, has backfired.

Wyatt is 2!

Well, he was two last Sunday, April 3rd,  but every little boys deserves his own post for his birthday, regardless if it is late or not!

Wyatt at two....
1. His most used words?  No and mine, but what two year old doesn't.  With two older brothers, it is necessary to master those words quickly.
2.  Everything that is roundish is a ball.  I wish there was a toddler baseball league.  The boy has a good arm.
3.  I love his hugs.  He is the master at melting mommys heart with random big bear hugs.
4.  I've posted on how smiley he is.  But... he now also smiles when he is caught being naughty, which is often followed by a sweet "hi"
5.  He just started with the consent use of "mommy, mommy, mom, mommmm, mommy.." have you seen this clip. It is a lot like that... but cuter.  When Jason is home. It goes like this.... "mommy, mommy, mom, daddy, da, daddy, mommy"
6.  He can't live with out his blanket. He calls it his "ni, night"  I pray it doesn't get lost, we may never sleep or relax again.

Isabelle is 1 {sioux falls baby photographer}

I've said it before, but I'll say it again.  The girls in this family are so fun to photograph!  We went to the butterfly house for Isabelle's first birthday session.

Isn't her big bow adorable?  Her mom was a bit worried that she wouldn't keep it on.  However, she kept in on most of the session.  Good job Isabelle, and thank you again Theresa!
